    We're looking for a summer intern to work in the software business unit in the product management team. The product management team develops requirements for our network management software based on customer feedback and market requirements.

    Job Description:

    This internship will be a Product Line Management Intern in the FNC Software Business Unit (SWBU).This position will assist Product Line Managers (PLM) and Product Technical Marketing (PTM) with the following activities:

    • Assist the PLMs by creating device specific models in XML or JSON to define the interaction and product representation in the Virtuora NC application

    • Assist the technical marketing staff to update the product materials the sales teams use to describe product functionality to customers

    • Assist the PLMs with product requirement definition and interact with the development team to explain and clarify the product requirements


    • Currently progressing in a Bachelor's degree program in business, engineering, computer science, physics, or other technically related field

    • Currently in Junior or Senior year of College

    • Strong communication and presentation skills

    • Ability to work in teams with strong interpersonal skills

    • Enthusiasm to act as a project lead collecting, editing, and collating information into a clear set of actions or recommendations

    • Self-motivated and self-directed in daily work to accomplish assigned tasks beyond expectations

    • Familiarity with AHA, Jira, PowerPoint or similar collaboration software

    • Familiarity with XML, JSON or similar structured data
