    The U.S. Consumer Services Team is responsible for our suite of consumer products, services, and experiences in the U.S., including our premium, cobrand, cash back, and lending portfolios, Membership Rewards, Global Travel & Lifestyle Services, the Centurion Lounge network, our Global Dining and Resy businesses, U.S. Consumer Banking, and best-in-class marketing programs across customer, prospect, and partner channels. The USCS team is focused on making membership an indisputable competitive advantage and helping each other become better leaders every day.

    The U.S. Consumer Marketing team (USCM) is part of the US Consumer Services Group and is responsible for making membership essential by creating and delivering world class marketing for our differentiated products and services that drives demand and inspires engaged card members across the customer lifecycle.

    The US Customer Growth Marketing team, within the Consumer Marketing Services group, is responsible for deepening relationships while driving revenue growth from existing customers through compelling innovative marketing and moments. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to define marketing strategies that directly touch our customers and drive strong business results.

    The Sr. Analyst will play a critical role in delivering best in class marketing within a dialogic channel through defining channel-specific marketing strategies, offer execution, and performance analytics. This role will have significant channel management responsibilities and will collaborate with cross-functional partners across the enterprise including Marketing, Risk and Data Analytics, Global Servicing Group, Finance, Compliance and more. An ideal candidate will be interested in a balance of customer marketing, relationship management, customer experience, and is someone who has excitement to learn and wants to challenge the status quo!

    How will you make an impact in this role?

    • Develop and maintain marketing offers to contribute to channel goals

    • Manage and own of all aspects of campaign set-up and execution of marketing offers in close partnership with execution teams

    • Create effective, customer-friendly language for marketing offers to drive impactful conversations and user experiences

    • Collaborate with cross-functional partners across the organization to drive project outcomes and deliver on goals

    • Analyze the performance of marketing treatments, and make insightful recommendations to fuel innovation and growth

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree with 2-3 years of work experience preferred with experience implementing customer marketing strategies

    • Highly organized self-starter with extreme attention to detail and accuracy and a strong sense of responsibility to themselves and colleagues

    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to look at situations/questions from different angles to provide a unique perspective on solutions

    • Ability to build and influence internal relationships with partners across the organization

    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and drive results in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment simultaneously

    • Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to tailor communication style to the audience

    • Competency in MS Excel and strong skills within MS PowerPoint

    Qualifications

    Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
