Sr Sales Strategist

Description The Sr Sales Strategist is responsible for leadership and execution of strategic and tactical sales and service initiatives and projects that support Retail and Business Banking. The Sr Sales Strategist will be aligned and partner directly with Distribution and Retail leadership, with close partnership with all other Consumer Bank business lines including Consumer Deposits and Lending, Customer Banking Preferences, Wealth, and Business Banking. This alignment will ensure that the Sr Sales Strategist builds a strong partnership role with one of these core functions and is closely aligned with this function/specialization and their specific needs. Primary responsibilities include: + Executing on initiatives identified in Sales & Service Strategic Plan, leading large, high profile, high impact initiatives + Ensuring that tools, training and communications are developed for the field for launch or change of products, sales and service + Ensure initiatives are appropriately scoped with CRS, Capacity Management and Risk/Compliance + Partnering with assigned business line extended team for execution on deliverables as well as other supporting teams (i.e. training, communications, marketing) Required Skills/Experience: + 10 + years of experience in Retail banking with experience in strategy or development role + Prior experience managing and executing on initiatives + Strong communication skills including ability to influence + Strong leadership and relationship management skills + MS Office skills Some job boards have started using jobseeker-reported data to estimate salary ranges for roles.
