Your Mission:
As a Residential Sales Executive Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting and assisting our regional and market sales leaders. You'll manage the day-to-day operations and performance of our residential direct sales team, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our ambitious sales targets. Your work will be pivotal in shaping the future of residential connectivity services, driving both growth and excellence within our team.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Achieve Excellence: Be accountable for surpassing budgeted sales goals through a mix of leadership and direct sales efforts.
Lead & Inspire: Supervise, train, and coach our team of Residential Sales Executives, fostering an environment of continuous improvement and success.
Drive Performance: Deliver comprehensive performance reports and metrics to our sales leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability within the team.
Build the Team: Take charge of recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new sales talent. Coach, mentor, and develop your team, creating a strong foundation for their professional growth.
Manage with Care: Handle all aspects of employee relations, from performance reviews to improvement plans, ensuring a healthy and productive workplace.
Collaborate for Success: Work closely with sales leadership and operations to manage territory assignments and commission payments, ensuring that our sales team is positioned for success.
Be Adaptable: Perform other duties as requested by market leadership, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to Clearwave Fiber's overall success.
The Split: Expect to spend approximately 70% of your time in the field, directly engaging with and supporting your team, with the remaining 30% dedicated to strategic and administrative tasks in the office.
Requirements:
Who You Are:
A motivated leader with a passion for sales and team development.
Experienced in direct sales, preferably in telecommunications or a related field.
Adept at coaching, mentoring, and motivating a diverse team.
Skilled in performance management and operational efficiency.
Excellent at communication, with the ability to partner effectively across departments.
