    About the role:

    The Supplies Account Management Specialist is responsible for strengthening incremental sales revenue growth with new and existing customers through phone-based nurturing of long lead time projects.

    This position is part of the NA Commercial Organization located in Wood Dale, IL and will be hybrid.

    In this role, you will:

    • Strengthen incremental sales revenue growth with new and existing customers through phone-based nurturing of long lead time projects, no cold calling.

    • Apply the use of value selling techniques to support Videojet value propositions by technology; understand our customer wants and values, engage with customers in a compelling manner.

    • Manage customer pricing & provide supplemental information to grow existing accounts.

    • Drive incremental revenue by developing a sales funnel of prospective opportunities via interaction with an existing customer base.

    • Assist the North America business org meet quarterly sales targets by conducting incremental sales calls.

    Are you qualified?

    • Bachelor's degree preferred

    • 1 - 2 years of sales and/or new business development experience

    • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably ~~~) and MS Office applications

    • Strategic thinker that commands quality, performance and excellent communication skills to effectively educate customers on all technologies

    • Ability to overcome objections and convert interest into growth opportunities

    • Possess agility/flexibility to be able to change directions frequently in the spirit of continuous improvement and effective time management skills to prioritize daily tasks
