    Job Summary

    Shambaugh and Son is looking for a Temperature Controls Sales Representative in our Phoenix, AZ office. In this position, you will be responsible for designing layouts using AutoCAD/HydraCAD and REVIT and creating hydraulic calculations.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    • Annually quote, book and achieve gross margins goals.

    • Accurately estimate the true lowest cost to provide the organization the opportunity to be as competitive as possible.

    • Properly control total cost so that the Division operates profitably.

    • Maintain monthly planning calendar to provide a means of tracking projects.

    Qualifications

    • 1 to 3 years of sales experience in a related business preferred with a proven, verifiable, successful record of accomplishment.

    • We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision.

    • Must have excellent people and communication skills and have the ability to persuade and close sales.

    • Have the ability to handle a variety of situations encountered during sales processes.

    • Proven record of sales capabilities.

    • Must be willing to travel on a regular basis

    • Excellent communicator, self-motivated individual with great organizational skills.
