    YOUR ROLE

    • Our Territory Sales Engineers are a vital part of our team, providing innovative solutions to our customers everyday as part of a flexible and diverse team - no two days are ever the same!

    • This territory encompasses Macon, Savannah, Columbus, Valdosta, South Atlanta and Tallahassee, FL.

    • Interested in coordinating local sales plans in line with the Strategic Business Unit's (SBU) strategy.

    • Utilize Henkel's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage KPIs.

    • Keen on building relationships with customers and distributors.

    • Ready to collaborate with your team on customer needs, business trends, and solutions in the territory.

    • Enthusiastically coordinate with Technical Customer Service & Application Engineers to conduct line trials / oversee customer's needs.

    • Define long-term plans, organic sales growth, and financial ambitions in your territory.

    • Shape your career with trainings, rotation, and development programs at Henkel.

    • You offer a proactive and consultative approach to exploring needs and find innovative solutions for customers.

    • Collaborate internally with customer service, marketing, engineering, and other functions to deliver an excellent customer experience while driving sustainable growth.

    • Cultivate and grow customers through account management. This includes building relationships, product training, and demonstrations.

    • You will be provided with a wide range of personal and professional development opportunities. From on-the-job training to well established in-house development programs such as shadowing colleagues, ambition dialogues and appraisal programs.

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Engineering degree preferred from an accredited university.

    • Inquisitive and collaborative mindset.

    • Great team player with hands-on mentality.

    • Ability to self-manage time and prioritize workload.

    • Process thinking and solutions-oriented problem solver.

    • Comfortable presenting in a group setting.

    The salary for this role is $82,000.00 - $95,000.00 plus commission and car allowance. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
