    General Summary

    Dentsply Sirona's Technology sales representatives develop strong relationships with customers and distributor partners to understand their business, introduce them to Dentsply Sirona's premier products and support their ongoing needs.

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Represent and support all clinical CAD/CAM and Imaging related sales activities in a given market

    • Supports overall technology equipment activity of given geography, including trainings, advising customers, organizing peer to peer selling events, attends tradeshows

    • Develops new prospects and interacts with existing customers directly or in collaboration with dealers to sell the division's products and/or services

    • Develops and implements a sales business plan for the territory in collaboration with marketing and other partners

    • Coordinates and conducts meetings and product training sessions with a variety of audiences to build product demand

    • Provides account service to assigned and prospective customers

    • Provides crucial dealer relationship building including sales presentations, sales closing, product knowledge updates, and any other relevant activities while maintaining communication with key dealer personnel such as branch/center managers, regional/zone managers, and sales personnel

    • Develops and maintains strong collaboration with internal teams

    Job Specifications

    • Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience plus a minimum of 5 years of business-to-business selling

    • Experience in dental industry preferred

    • Experience in capital equipment sales, CAD/CAM or Imaging preferred

    • Strong oral and written communication skills are required

    • Capable of working independently

    • Expected required travel is 50%
