  • What You'll Do

    We're looking for a Wealth Service Associate to join our Principal Asset Management team! This role works collaboratively with our Domestic & Offshore sales teams to help meet the needs of our financial advisors. You'll have immediate impact on helping to exceed sales goals topping $20 Billion. You will master sales stories of some of the top Mutual Funds & ETFs in the industry and use that knowledge to help broaden our marketing strategy across the world.

    Here are few examples of the kinds of things you'll do:

    • Interact with financial advisors and provide excellent customer service by answering product related questions (MFs, ETFs, SMAs), discuss sales literature, and explain portfolio analytics.

    • Partner with Internal Wholesalers, Hybrid Wholesalers, and External Wholesalers on advisor case work, and ongoing special projects.

    • Use industry knowledge to help design model portfolios and discuss financial planning concepts with advisors.

    Who You Are

    • You have a Bachelor's degree or eight years of equivalent experience.

    • You have 1 year of industry-related experience required.

    • FINRA licensing required including SIE or equivalent and Series 7 & Series 66 required within 90 days of employment.

    • Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

    • Strong preference towards investment knowledge and experience.

    • Strong communication skills via phone, in-person, and written communication.

    • A Self-Starter that can execute at a high level in a high-octane environment.

    • Strong Organizational skills with ability to juggle several tasks at once.

    • Proficiency in Excel, Salesforce, and Morningstar reporting.

    Salary Range Information

    Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

    Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

    $23.32 - $33.17 / hour

    Time Off Program

    Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.

    Work Environments

    This role offers the ability for in-office, & hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek) work arrangements. This is a hybrid position with the requirement of 3 days in the office (Monday & Tuesday are required and the third day is a float) and 2 days work from home. Management reserves the right to adjust the days required in office.

    The salary range for this position is $48,500-$69,000.

    *Incentive component in addition to salary listed.
