  • Your challenge

    The Wireless Engineer/ Product Support Engineer develops and implements the product technical support strategy and controls the product support process.

    You are responsible for

    • Provide support for associated products/solutions in diagnosing and troubleshooting systems and is the expert for the team internally and externally.

    • Consult with others on complex issues. Influences functional management in the BU, local field, and key customers, including R&D.

    • Have a thorough understanding of the worldwide field organization including the multiple field roles and tasks that each performs.

    • Champions customer support in the PM marketplace, specifically lowering the cost of ownership and increasing customer satisfaction.

    Working with worldwide Customer Services Field Service to ensure successful product introductions from a service/support perspective and best-in-class service delivery that contributes to high Net Promoter Scores and increased customer satisfaction.

    Providing technical assistance to the Technical Support Groups in the markets and end users/customers in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging products, systems, or software when issues cannot be resolved locally.

    To succeed in this role, you'll need a customer-first attitude and the following:

    • Bachelor's Degree in medical informatics or applied science

    • Proficiency with technologies such as: Philips ITS/Smart-hopping solution, 802.11, wireless environment assessment tools, device troubleshooting.

    • Experience with the following:

    • Wired and wireless protocol analysis tools (Wireshark, Omnipeek)

    • 802.11 RF Survey tools from (NetAlly, Ekahau)

    • Spectrum analysis tools (AirMagnet Spectrum XT, Metageek Chanalyzer).

    • This is a hybrid, role and only candidates living in the Cambridge MA, area will be considered.

    The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
