Robert Half is looking for a Project Coordinator to join one of it's clients based in Minneapolis, MN

Job Details

• Deliver a consistent, outstanding customer service experience

• Manage and book reservation requests; maintain room schedules through reservation system

• Greet and provide directional assistance to all guest/facilitators as needed

• Manage and respond to all emails in the location-specific folders

• Respond in a timely manner when processing customer requests for reservations

• Provide consultative event coordination services to customers, including catering, room set-ups, AV troubleshooting and general event logistics

• Perform set-up and clean-up for beverage service as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a project coordinator or similar role.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
