Job Description

An employer is looking to identify a Account Director that will oversee a team responsible for delivering all key client commitments. You will be responsible for coordinating staff functions and operations that support the organization's goals and strategies.

Skills and Requirements

8+ years of Facilities Operations/Engineering Experience

5+ years of leadership/management experience

Excellent client engagement and customer service based leadership qualities

Experience working with Unions (Local 39 preferred)

Experience working with Hospital and healthcare facility operations/management

Solution Mindset / Critical Thinking skills HCAI or Joint Commission or OSHPD Experience null
