  • System One division is looking to expand our team of account executives/business development managers.

    Location - Edison, NJ

    What you'll do:

    • Drive sales revenue by managing and growing existing clients as well as generating revenue with new business development

      • Manage the recruiting process, engaging with the client and recruiters.

    The Account Executive/Business Development contributes to System One's success and the individual unit's financial success by:

    • Planning, developing and driving sourcing strategies in collaboration with the branch manager to identify growth opportunities

      • Consulting with our current client base, identifying departments and opportunities within the company

      • Developing and maintaining a strong sales pipeline of qualified prospects in the market

    What's required:

    • High School Diploma required, College degree preferred.

      • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-focused or sales-related role. Staffing industry experience preferred but not mandatory

      • Must have a strong desire to build a career in sales by using proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build client relationships.

      • Ability to multi-task and persevere in a fast paced dynamic environment with a sense of urgency.

      • Effective client service abilities, strong organizational and follow-up skills

      • Demonstrated comfort in a sales driven environment
