    ALTA IT Services seeks a dynamic and seasoned IT Staffing sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager. We are searching for an ambitious and team-oriented individual who possesses the expertise to drive results in the competitive landscape of the greater DMV area and beyond. The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive hands-on training to master the unique and effective business solutions that set ALTA apart in the industry.

    Responsibilities:

    As a Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our growth strategy by:

    • Selling IT Staffing and Consulting Services to new accounts, adeptly guiding clients in maximizing current ALTA services while promoting new offerings.

    • Designing and implementing a strategic sales approach to enhance existing accounts and foster growth.

    • Effectively managing the complete sales cycle, encompassing lead generation, prospecting, qualification, and business development.

    • Staying abreast of industry trends and translating their potential impact into advantageous strategies for the ALTA business.

    • Collaborating with the VP of Sales and other ALTA team members to ensure the seamless fulfillment of client needs.

    Qualifications:

    We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree

    • 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development or Account Management within the consultative IT staffing sales realm.

    • Familiarity with sales methodologies and tools such as Bullhorn and ZoomInfo is a distinct advantage.

    • In-depth understanding of the IT consulting market and target audience.

    • An outgoing, ambitious, and results-oriented personality is a prerequisite for success in this role.
