    Insight Global is looking for an Outside Sales Rep/Project Manager to work for one of our facilities maintenance contracting companies in the Raleigh, NC area. Some of the job duties are below.

    • Develop new customers, identify, and pursue valuable leads.

    • Service current client base, responding to needs and requirements; provide technical advice.

    • Maintain records of projects to properly manage job sites, generate reports as needed.

    • Bid on jobs and assist with material take-offs.

    • Provide exceptional customer service.

    • Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge.

    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.

    • Negotiate contracts and close sales.

    • Collaborate with internal team members to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Skills and Requirements

    • At least 3-5 years of outside sales experience in the industrial maintenance or construction fields or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.

    • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers and the general public.

    • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, percentages, area circumference and volume.

    • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

    • Comfortable with 2-3 days of travel
