Site Rental Coordinator

Kelly Services is actively recruiting for a Site Rental Coordinator (Wrench Time or Tool Time expereince preferred) for a Long Term Contract opportunity in Lake Jackson, TX.

Role Description

The Site Rental Coordinator is responsible for managing equipment/tools and ensuring equipment is efficiently utilized across plants and off rented when no longer needed. They work directly with unit focal points and rental companies to facilitate required needs. They collaborate with the Contract Operations and Site Productivity teams to ensure items are on track to be returned and to minimize wasted spending for all rentals. They also coordinate the buy-out of lost/missing/damaged equipment. The Site Rental Coordinator will also assist the turnaround groups at their request to manage the incoming and outgoing equipment.

Job Duties

• Facilitates rental request process between requestor and supplier

• Identifies whether a rental can be leveraged from another area before ordering a new rental

• Ensures sufficient information is provided to supplier (Valid Work order/Purchase Order/Cost Center, as applicable)

• Tracks estimated return dates and expedites equipment returns

• Communicates site rental status and return delays to leadership during Site Rental team meetings

• Facilitates buy-out process for lost/missing equipment

• Tracks savings associated with leveraging and equipment return

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of the following software and systems: Excel, Word, Outlook

• Independently resolves situations by gathering and analyzing electronic data

• Displays strong leadership skills by working between departments to facilitate communication

• Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

• Good organizational & communication skills

• Ability to work in a team environment

• Willingness to follow established processes

• Close interaction with all roles for long term and on-the-spot problem resolution

Preferred Skills

• Maintenance or Turnaround Planner experience within SAP

Education/Certification Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent is required
