  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Steam Turbine Technical Sales Lead for our new build nuclear power plant initiative. This role is within our Gas Services division and will be responsible for driving business development and sales of our steam turbine solutions by providing technical expertise and guidance to new reactor OEM's, EPC's and Utility customers for small and large nuclear power plants in North America. You will collaborate closely with the account management team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, while also building upon relationships with existing nuclear customers.

    HowYou'll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

    • Developand implement sales strategies to promote and sell products and servicesrelated to steam turbines and generators to support small modular (SMR) andadvanced reactor (AR) nuclear plants within the US and Canada.

    • Serveas the technical sales primary point of contact to provide in-depth knowledgeand guidance to reactor OEM's, Utilities, EPC's and Architect Engineers.

    • Buildrelationships with new clients and work with existing customers to understandtheir needs, provide solutions & complex commercial constructs to meet thecustomer's desired outcomes, finding the best fit for the customer.

    • Gatherfeedback from the market regarding project development timelines and funnelthat information into the new equipment forecast.

    • Stayupdated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands toidentify new opportunities and enhance our competitive position.

    • Workclosely with account management teams team to develop and execute salesstrategies, including product presentations, demonstrations, and technicalproposals.

    • Travelto customer sites, industry events, and conferences as needed to support salesefforts and build relationships.

    What You Bring(requirements)

    • Minimumbachelor's degree in engineering required with 8+ years in previousengineering, project management, business improvement, strategy, or salesexperience

    • Proventrack record in technical sales, preferably within the power generation orenergy industry

    • Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively conveytechnical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Experiencewith client relationship management and handling commercial negotiations

    • Self-motivatedand results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaborativelyin a fast-paced environment.

    • Strongcommunication skills & demonstrated ability to work with Senior Management

    • Experienceworking in a cross-functional team environment including Sales, Marketing,Engineering, Project Management, Contracts, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.

    • Understandingof steam turbine technology, design principles, and applications is preferred.

    • Willingnessto travel domestically and internationally as required. Up to 35% travel.

    • This is position follows a hybrid work locationmodel, where 3 days per week will be in one of our primary office locations,and the remaining days may be worked from an alternate location

    • Applicants must reside within the United States

    • may be eligible for internal transfers.
